Duties include making calls on delinquent mortgage accounts and loss mitigation workouts. Recovery Analyst will provide customers alternative solutions including affordable modificat! ions, payment plans and forbearance agreements to help borrowers bring their account current and/or settled. Analysts are cross-trained to help better understand the company's methodology in order to maximize recoveries for our clients.
Other duties include:
- Monitor assigned queues and follow up accordingly with borrowers, investors, realtors, and attorneys.
- Review all ongoing work out plans with borrowers, evaluate their needs and issues, and counsel them appropriately.
- Analyze credit reports, loan histories, personal records, property values and assets to determine if sufficient equity and make recommendations to managers.
- Responsible for complying with federal, state and local regulations pertaining to real estate collections, foreclosure and bankruptcy practices.
- Analyst will be responsible for imputing results of conversations into Real Time's servicing system.
Undergrad! uate degree required. Minimum 3.0 overall GPA. Should enjoy sp! eaking to people, be competent with financial data, computer literate, have good communication and writing skills and willingness to learn. Needs to have a positive attitude, understand the importance of being a part of a team, and be assertive. Bilingual a plus.
