As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to the company's departments. Responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, creating profit and loss reports, monitoring the company's shipping, receiving and assurance status tracking and providing support where necessary. In addition to these responsibilities, you will have many opportunities to advance in this position and will have the opportunity to interact with department heads across the firm as further highlighted below.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Budgeting

  • AR/AP Invoicing
  • Quickbooks Bookkeeping
  • Review CPA Filings
  • Budget Review and Projection
  • Monthly Financial Statement Preparation
  • Track incoming and outgoing purchase orders for AR/AP purposes
  • Perform basic validation and notification of purchase orders.
  • Communicate issues and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Be able to explain the intricacies of purchase order management when answering questions from customers.
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other departments.

Operations Analysis

  • Analyze and compare company historical and industry performance metrics to establish company performance metrics to support top and bottom line growth.
  • Establish departmental accountability metrics in support of company performance metrics.

Operations Support

  • Manage CEO Appointment and Event Scheduling
  • Monitor Departmental Accountability Metric Adherence
  • Facilitate Weekly Company and Departmental Meetings
  • Provide Departmental Clerical Support on request
  • Process HR & Personnel Feedback
  • Facilitate Bi-Annual Personnel Performance Review
  • Manage other Power Point Presentation Development and Market Research related requests

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Financial accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Business analysis: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Operations management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Accounts payable: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Accounts receivable: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Performance management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Market research: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Presentation skills: 5 years (Preferred)
