Position Overview
Answers questions, solves problems and interprets policies, standards and procedures to Field force. Activities include listening, collecting/documenting information, securing answers, reporting results to the inquiring party timely and professionally and documenting the outcome of the inquiry.
Knowledge and skills
REQUIRED
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of office experience.
2+ years of work experience using a personal computer and word processing, spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.
Attention to detail, ability to organize work, and follow-up skills are critical to the successful performance of position responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects and meet deadlines is critical.
Strong interpersonal skills are critical.

Prior experience in the insurance industry and insurance license.
Familiarity with Independent Broker Dealer Industry

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Position receives supervision from the Licensing Supervisor. When working on departmental or company-wide projects, supervision is provided by the project leader. Tasks and projects usually have predetermined standards for completion and deadlines. Incumbent will use judgment to prioritize tasks and projects. Incumbent will also alert project leaders. Time management and attention to progress against deadlines is critical.

Responsibilities:
- Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build
