Description:
The responsibilities of the Communications and Training Analyst include assisting with the management of the transition of files between law firms, maintain attorney contact database and assist in the delivery of attorney announcements, vendor training, alerts, and email blasts. The candidate must be able to communicate with external and internal attorneys in a professional manner via using all communication channels. The candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, with extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. In addition, leverage Chase internal instructional design applications (i.e. FS PRO 3.0) and web-based document portals (i.e. SharePoint) to migrate existing and newly developed procedures to one central location. Travel up to 50%. Position is based in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Update and maintain attorney contact database
  • Assist with all internal and external firm communications, including process changes
  • Assist with the development and coordination of attorney surveys
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify training needs and address observations
  • Route questions from law firms to the appropriate lines of business and ensure timely responses
  • Assist with the management of the secured transition of files between law firms
  • Assist with the maintenance and documentation of contract execution process
  • Assist with the development and facilitation of firm training material
  • Conduct annual and as-needed on-site sessions with firms and measure training effectiveness
  • Coordinate Attorney Firm on-sight visits to Chase
  • Ability to follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Proven history of managing multiple competing projects and tasks
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels including Senior Management
  • Strong written and verbal skills
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of formal training and delivery experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory collection laws
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in instructional design, including computer-based training preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in project management and/or process improvements preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Excel, and advanced level of Access preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Project Management experience preferred
