This position will sit in our Pitney Bowes Management Services business unit. This business unit helps our customers compete more effectively by taking care of critical yet non-core services to allow them to focus on what they do best. These services include: professional consulting, mail-and-document management and managed output services to integrated content management.

We are currently seeking a! Customer Service Techinical Specialist . The right candidate ! will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. This position will be located in our San Francisco, CA location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions is looking for a Trial Clerk to help provide reprographic and facilitate support to offsite trial teams. This position will be required to travel to offsite locations to provide a variety of litigation copy/imaging projects with tight deadlines. Ability to work with varying levels of employees, paralegals, attorneys and vendors with a focus towards customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of the position the person is expected to maintain a high level of client contact, manage the full life cycle of each task and communicate any risks to a successful project. Trial clerks will work with client’s onsite Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to help assist with the specific administrative needs of the war room. Trial clerks will work wit! h the assigned PBLS project coordinator to determine how best to meet the specific requests from LAA’s and the trial team coordinator. Trial clerk will serve as an onsite facilitator for arranging transportation of material and documents as directed by the LAA or trial coordinator, facilitating the catering or pickup of meals, office supplies, and various other materials as needed by the trial team. Trial clerk will also provide onsite coordination with third party providers, client IT staff provide assistance with end-user reprographic support, key-op, and training. This position will require knowledge of litigation copy/imaging, experience working with convenience and/or production type Multi-Function Devices (MFD) copy/scan/fax copiers. Key responsibilities include: · Facilitate the needs of the trial team in the areas of filing, clerking, copying, imaging, printing and shipping/receiving · Manage vendors to facilitate the trial team’s on-site needs, such as setup/! install of copier equipment and fax machines · Coordinating service ca! lls with copier and other third party vendors · Identifies and escalates issues and risks as appropriate · Coordinates vendor services for contracted services · Provides consultative services to legal teams on the most effective use of reprographic technology · Recommend and coordinate services provided by internal or external technical resources · Follows best practices in regards to litigation copy/imaging/printing and Quality Control procedures · Provide off-hours support as necessary
