We are international wholesale business for apparel, gift & novelty products, looking for a full-time, or part-time employee or Summer internship opportunity.
Training for this position will be provided.
1) Data entry for sales order using Quickbook software. Great typing skill.
2) Processing/shipping order using UPS WorldShip software.
3) Answering volume incoming phone calls and redirect calls to appropriate department.
4) Inside sales related responsibilities
5) Good team work skill. Customer friendly and customer oriented person.
Minimum education requirement: Associate Degree or 2-year college/ university level
Experience: at least 1-3 years working experience in customer service or related responsibility.
