Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Connect with potential candidates online and offline.
- Screen applications and assist the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Interview and hire qualified candidates.
- Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure the recruitment of staff is sufficient to the manpower needs of each group.
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities such as job fair and campus events to recruit upcoming graduates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or in Business Administration or a relevant field
- At least with experience as a Hiring Officer or similar experience in an HR role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
