Office Staff [Philippines]


 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Connect with potential candidates online and offline.
  • Screen applications and assist the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Interview and hire qualified candidates.
  • Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Ensure the recruitment of staff is sufficient to the manpower needs of each group.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities such as job fair and campus events to recruit upcoming graduates.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • At least with experience as a Hiring Officer or similar experience in an HR role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
