ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Responsible for the pull - through of Avery Dennison Automotive Decorative and Functional Films by developing and executing a strategy to partner with service providers and influencers in the Automotive Dealership and OEM channels. Along with growing sales through key account management of these service providers and partners, you will also be at the forefront of creating new services and solutions to meet the market;s unmet needs

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Build relationships within the Automotive Dealerships, Manufacturers & Service Providers to influence buying decisions and create a pull-through business.
  • Create and execute a pull-through strategy for Avery Dennison automotive products, solutions & new innovation by building strong relationships with key service providers, influencers, automotive dealerships and OEM brands.
  • Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and business opportunities, leading to successful commercialisation efforts. Work with prospective partners to identify unmet needs, and implement initiatives to meet those needs.
  • Responsible for opportunity analysis and the development and execution of business development and new venture development plans. Identify and evaluate entirely “new to Avery Dennison” business prospects for consideration that fit within the vision and capabilities of the business.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the market value chain and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish pricing programs and strategies to secure optimum product positioning & share growth within the segment.
  • Prepare and present market, product and application solution training to prospecting partners.
  • Provide insights and careful monitoring and communication through monthly reporting of sales, profitability and service providers' performance.
  • Lead and manage priority growth projects. Lead teaming efforts (and project management activities) that include R&D, manufacturing, quality and application development resources.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends. Incorporate industry knowledge to partner with marketing to develop products, support materials and pricing recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of divisional strategic and operating plans (i.e., AOP’s, strategic plans, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with business partners at all levels of the customers’ organization.
  • Represent Avery Dennison within the Automotive Aftermarket & OEM Segment at market events and/or networking events
  • International travel for customer meetings may be required

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business /Management or related.
  • Minimum 5 years + sales experience in sellings or business development experience representing automotive aftermarket and/or OEM manufacturing company within the automotive dealership value chain.
  • A high degree of knowledge & experience working in the Vietnam Automotive Dealership value chain.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a position of similar responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Google and salesforce.com.
  • Proficient in assessing and understanding customer needs – Strong customer focus.
  • Experience in Key account management
  • A passion for sales, combined with excellent communications skills and attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong specification selling skills, experience and process.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented and self-driven.
  • Strong financial skills and business acumen.
  • Good English oral, communication and presentation skills.
