Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Strategy Associate will support enterprise wide organizational effectiveness and talent development programs within United Airlines. The role will support talent program management, talent development partnerships with HR Business Partners and existing HR processes to drive organizational change and enhance enterprise performance.

  • Support day to day ad-hoc data requests from HR source systems like Cornerstone, People Soft, and Taleo as well as our enterprise data warehouse system
  • Compiles and presents insights through self-service reports/dashboards or PowerPoint presentations
  • Support talent development partnerships and initiatives through needs analyses and program management frameworks.
  • Support projects to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of additional HR programs and processes (talent retention, talent development, succession management) as designed by leadership
  • Evaluate and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree - business management, org development
  • 0 -2 years of related work experience
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passionate about people development with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Development Role
  • Experience managing programs and projects
  • Experience with visualization tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable building rapport with key stakeholders
