Position Overview:

Longtin Agency is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing outstanding support to the companys clients and branch locations. You'll be responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and faxes, addressing questions and concerns related to new and existing orders. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist caller(s) with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan provider for processing.
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures such as filling out timesheets, adhering to privacy.
  • Utilize standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties.
  • Complete basic call log related to the phone inquiries such as clicking radio buttons to confirm which scripts were read to the caller.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Participate in individual and team training/ meetings to ensure policy and company product knowledge are up to date.
  • Working special holidays and/or overtime may be required.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned in the scope of the job description.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Dedication to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use dual monitors.
  • 2 years customer service experience required
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
