Job Description
Responsible for responding to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, and internal personnel regarding loans. Functions include: answering questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting, and lien perfection; researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions; conducting periodic audits of files; may also coordinate property inspections, lien priority and loan disbursements in accordance with loan documentation; may perform procedures related to advances and pay downs, funds wiring and disbursement process. Within the commercial business is responsible for payment processing, check disbursements, tax payments, imaging and document management. Responsible for working a foreclosure caseload which entails written and verbal communication with foreclosure attorneys, investors, insurers, customers, title companies, other outside vendors, and internal personnel regarding loans in foreclosure. Functions include: providing foreclosure counsel with information / documentation necessary to ensure the timely completion of the foreclosure process, ensuring foreclosure files are handled in compliance with company, investor, and insurer guidelines, answering questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting, and lien perfection; researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions; conducting periodic audits of files; may also coordinate property inspections, and lien priority.
Basic Qualifications
6+ months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents."
- 6 months + years of foreclosure / default experience
- Ability to research, trend/analyze data, summarize and recommend solutions
- Proven drive, initiative, and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Access, Excel and Word
- Ability to meet deadlines without exception
- Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting internal and external customer(s) expectations. Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge with LPS / Desktop / Vendorscape.
