May interact with internal associates and vendors to enforce compliance with contract terms, monitor performance and develop a relationship that is beneficial to both the company and its quality vendors.

This position interacts with internal bank clients and the vendor to enforce compliance with contract terms, monitor performance and develop a relationship this is beneficial to both the bank and the vendor.
Responsibilities include:
- Compilation, distribution and reporting of the Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and/or Litigation Attorney Scorecards.
- Comprehensive review of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and Litigation Attorney Performance.
- Communication with attorney network on performance related issues and expectations.
- Special projects working with the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Line of Business.
Required Skills:
Works well independently, problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office Products, word,power point, with strong background in Excel, must be flexible and able to change priorities quickly, can adapt to address changes in priorities.
Desired Skills:
Default mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankrupcty and/or litigation background.
