The Test Well Facility Technician will be responsible for all maintenance and repair on the test and training facility. Assist with scheduling and organizing testing activitie! s and help with training when required.
Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent GED
Certificates/ Licenses: Forklift operating license
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Preventative Maintenance on top drives, mud pump, power tongs, stabbing arms and any other required equipment on site
Maintain maintenance records
Assist with scheduling the test and training facility
Help with training when required
General cleaning and painting
Repairing equipment when needed
Operate lay down truck, forklift, top drives and all equipment used for testing and training
Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE
Necessary Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Prior drilling experience

Able to lift up to 50 pounds over 2/3 of the time
Vision requirements:
Distances vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more )
Color vision (Ability to Indentify and distinguish colors )
Peripheral vision (Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point )
Depth p! erception (Three dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships )
Ability to adjust focus (Ability to adjust the eye to bring and object into focus
Work Environment:
Wet and Humid conditions (allweather)
Work near moving mechanical parts
Work in high, precarious places
Fumes or airborne particles
Toxic or caustic chemicals
Risk of electrical shock
