Exploration & Production Application Support Supervisor that can step in and work with the business to ensure the companies suite of applications is properly aligned with key business areas to maximize value & operational goals. This position is responsible for working withthe accounting and land departments, as well as serving as the Supervisor over a small team of support analysts for the firms E&P applications, databases and associated technologies.
Job Functions:
Assess current suite of E&P Upstream accounting & land applications & perform functional & gap analysis
Collaborate with business to identify and implement solutions for day to day production support issues
Partner with vendors to ensure application business problems are identified, documented, and remedied
Spearhead development of application roadmap a! nd improvement initiatives
Mentoring and training of appli! cation support analysts Work with business to thoroughly understand current landscape of E&P applications
Qualifications:
Supervisory or Management experience over small to mid-sized teams of support analysts
Excellent communication & rapport building skills
Any experience with MDM, or Business Intelligence Preferred
