The Entry Level Corporate Contracts Specialist provides legal assistance in reviewing contracts for global clients
and providing legal assistance in a variety of areas impacting the company’s well-being. As a key member
in the corporate legal department, this position will assist the Director of Legal Affairs in the creation and
reviewing of contracts, employment agreements and other legal matters that support business initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide assistance to corporate at! torney in reviewing legal files, software license, new vendor !
agreements and renewal of agreements, employment related documents and a variety of other
documents requiring legal review
Maintain and manage the electronic filing system for legal documents
Coordinate legal document processing and internal approvals
Project manage assigned projects and general work load
Process the execution, distribution, storage and retrieval of contracts and legal documents
Support the development and maintenance of legal templates
Maintain legal department and corporate policy and procedures
Adhere and support company policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Criminal Justice or related disciplines
2 or more years of contract review and contract management â€" or similar responsibilities in a
corporate environment
Working knowledge of legal concepts and agreements a plus
Intermediate compute! r skills, MS Office
