Job Description:
In the Custom Residential Real Estate fulfillment center, the post closer performs the Post Close review of mortgage loan files when the documents are returned from closing. Review consists of all Compliance, Regulatory and any additional loan documentation executed by the borrower at closing. There may be additional duties such as copying, filing, calling attorneys and title companies for additional information, etc.
