About you:
You are a Jack or Jill-of-All Trades with superior organization and prioritization skills. No task is too small nor too big for your can-do attitude. You are impeccable at follow up and follow through. Your background in office administration, customer service and light bookkeeping prepared you for this position where you can use your superior problem solving skills and winning personality to manage various stakeholders’ calendars, keep office processes running smoothly and provide solutions to problems as they arise.

Responsibilities:
As an administrative assistant your day to day involves working closely with attorneys and case managers whose day to day involves an overfull plate. They will rely on your ability to anticipate their needs and be on top of your schedule in a deadline driven environment.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and filing electronic documents internally
  • Retrieving documents from court offices
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Preparing and mailing documents/letters
  • Filing documents/pleadings in court offices
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Running errands such as delivering or retrieving items in support of office operations
  • Communicating and coordinating with clients, court staff, judges, & police officers
Requirements:
  • Bi-lingual speaker (Spanish)
  • Valid driver license
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, web browsers, and other web-based applications
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and decision making skills
  • Good grammar as well as oral and written communication skills with experience preparing business letters and documents
  • Above average typing skills
  • Exemplary documentation and research skills with attention to details
  • A strong team player and possess a proven track record in providing excellent customer service in a deadline driven environment
