Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Marketing Graduates

Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to research and reach out to potential customers, scheduling appointments for our sales team to pitch our product or service. As a Marketing Graduate, you possess a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and have experience in identifying target markets, making you the perfect candidate to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers using various research methods such as social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Conduct outbound calls (cold calls) and email campaigns to generate interest in our product or service.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure their continued interest in our product or service.

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure their continued interest in our product or service. Keep in touch with prospects through email, phone calls, or social media to stay top-of-mind and provide updates on new developments or promotions.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to improve lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the quality of leads generated.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
Ability to understand customer needs and articulate how our product or service can meet those needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM software or other sales automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Articulated candidate with strong communication skills be able to chat with receptionist to C-suite executive.
Age 21 25 years
Marketing Degrees a must
Report to UK management
Must reside in Cape Town

Sal R15 R20k ; plus, discovery medical aid after 3-month probation, plus commission (to be evaluated.)
