Administrative assistant that works with the company leadership in a logistics company of approximately 90 employees. Works primarily at the company office but has regular opportunities for remote work. Assists the company with screening and hiring applicants, on-boarding and off-boarding, payroll, workers compensation issues, OSHA reporting, record keeping and scheduling administrative tasks/events for the company. works directly for the owner of the company.
Minimum qualifications:
- Speaks English (business proficient), Speaks Spanish and/or Portuguese (proficient)
- Organized, Reliable, Honest, Teachable
- Strong communication skills, works well with others, easily approachable
- Technologically proficient. able to use all company computers and electronics with ease, proficient with MS office suite apps

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
