Position Overview:

Provides a variety of professional clerical and administrative support to a director level leader including credentialing supervisor and coordinators. Applies established guidelines and precedents to complete a variety of routine projects, prioritize information and requests. Coordinates with internal and external constituents to manage responsibilities and projects of department-wide scope. Will be exposed to confidential and sensitive information and must adhere to policies and office protocols. Will be supporting a high functioning office.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) AND equivalent education/experience


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-years+ recent relevant experience, hospital exposure highly preferred.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Possess written and verbal communications skills, work collaboratively with the team, communicate with fellow team members, supervisors, directors, and clinicians.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work to achieve objectives and meet deadlines as assigned.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ensure the privacy of each patient’s protected health information (PHI).
  • Seek and consult with higher ups (credentialing supervisor or director) as needed.

Pay Range is $27.91 to $37.67 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
