Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Specialists to join our team. Your primary responsibility will encompass building and nurturing relationships with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers. You will present filing services for businesses, along with the option for a financial advance related to their Employee Retention Credit.
We provide a highly competitive commission structure, ensuring exceptional earning potential for successful candidates.
Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and hands-on guidance, ensuring the provision of adept support for our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
● Utilize an array of sales and marketing strategies, including networking, to identify and target prospective businesses.
● Foster and cultivate strong connections with clients, augmenting prospects and bolstering customer satisfaction.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and shifts, enabling a nuanced understanding of client needs and adeptly addressing them.
● Uphold a professional and ethical demeanor while assisting clients in procuring necessary documentation.
Requirements:
● Profound interpersonal and communication skills.
● A proven track record in B2B sales (preferred, not mandatory).
● Ability to work independently and set flexible hours.
● Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
