Immediate opening for an attorney with 2 to 4 years litigation experience (civil or criminal), interested in learning and practicing immigration law (family based). Our firm is a national firm with a growing imm! igration practice. Attorney will have an immediate opportunity to try administrative law hearings (i.e. cancellation of removal on deportation cases), participate in master calendar hearings, attend immigration and citizenship interviews and write briefs on immigration related matters.
Attorney may also gain exposure to personal injury and criminal defense litigation. The successful applicant must have actual litigation experience (experience in trials and or arbitration's is preferred but is not required), enjoy working with people. Salary is commensurate with experience. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
