Seeking a paralegal/legal assistant with at least three years' patent prosecution experience.
Responsibilities:
» Assist with the filing and prosecution of ! U. S. patent applications
» Audit and manage portfolios to ensure patent applications are in compliance through the patent prosecution process
» Assist internally in reviewing and analyzing documents
» Conduct research
» Monitor deadlines
» Draft responses to office actions
» Provide general administrative support to attorneys
