- Interact daily with clientele and Potential New Clients (PNC) to understand their needs which will allow ability to direct cases accordi! ng to office policy-Work closely with and manage assigned Case Manager (CM) and assigned Medical Clerk (MC) in a team environment to ensure all policies and procedures are followed and completed-Communicate daily with firms president using multiple mediums (ie. Email, written reports, one on one presentation, etc.) to address any case building or case settling issues and performance of assigned team-Call insurance companies daily on all cases-Handle clientele requests, and demands accordingly-Responsible for learning all office policies and procedures and ensuring assigned team is in compliance-Ensure all assigned team members (CM and MC) are knowledgeable in their job functions and provided with continuing/updated knowledge of office policies and overall insurance knowledge-Effectively explain and execute Attorney-Client contracts to grow law firm and increase local clientele market share
