Our client is Technology Transactions group in the Austin office of a premier AMLAW 100 law firm with an immediate need for a mid-level technology transactions attorney. The winning candidate will have the opportunity to represent a client base comprised of cutting edge startups to Fortune 500s and work alongside some of the most-well respected IP and corporate attorneys in Austin and other national offices. All candidates should have experience with with NDAs, patent a! nd technology licenses, software licenses, and privacy and dat! a security matters and also be prepared to help consult on M&A deals and public offerings as well as on clients' broader IP strategies. The winning candidate will have 3-5 years of dedicated technology transactions experience (JD ''09-'11), outstanding academics, and major law firm experience.
