THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Lead Cost Steering, you and your team will have direct ownership to a specified area, as well partnering with senior leaders to create efficiency in the overhead costs. You & your team will own and improve the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes; work across multiple business units and functions. You will be a part of the Financial Performance Management pillar (FPM) and report directly to Head of Cost Steering.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Direct of ownership of overhead costs for defined area
- Responsible for the planning rounds (forecast/ budget) for the specified areas
- Business partnering with the area owners, running the monthly actual & forecast reviews & budget process, challenging and collaborating with the teams to improve the overhead costs
- Supporting the leadership teams for the area in identifying efficiency potential, running projects on operational excellence and managing investment cases
- Driving improvement initiatives for process and tools and their adaptation
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- With 5+ years expertise in Finance
- Driver of collaboration across the organization and cross-functional teams with strong collaboration, networking and communication skills
- Excellent analytics skills, a passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture
- Focused on driving impact and taking colleagues on your journey. Be able and willing to challenge stakeholders across all communication channels
- Strong people management skills; you will be leading a small team and you will be fully responsible for managing, coaching and developing your team by identifying their strengths, development areas and training needs
- A professional fluency in English and demonstrate by communicating clearly both verbally as well as written
