Marketing Specialist – Munich

The Role

Solera is seeking a bright, energetic marketing specialist who is passionate about supporting growth, driving brand awareness and creating great experiences for our customers and prospects in our markets, supporting the company strategy across our four key pillars (Claims, Repairs, Vehicle Solutions and Fleets). The role offers significant potential for personal growth and development working with the Marketing Business Partner to deliver high quality customer presentations and marketing materials, social media, the company website and support all areas of the marketing mix.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the regional Marketing Business Partner in driving Solera’s Marketing strategy, with direct ownership of key marketing activities
  • Execution of the Marketing plan with strong focus on lead generation activities, product launches, customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
  • Support of sales by working with marketing materials and activations
  • Maintenance of the company website and social media channels
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels
  • Organization and implementation of events and trade fair appearances with clear view on event experiences and ROI
  • Measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company
  • Research tasks

What You’ll Bring-Key duties and responsibilities

  • Marketing, media or communication background and +3 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in international environments
  • Fluency in English is essential. Other European languages an advantage
  • B2B SaaS experience and/or Software and/or Digital/Tech Professional Services marketing experience desired.
  • Automotive Background is an extra
  • SFDC and Marketing Automation (Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong digital skills
  • Events execution
  • Media and PR experience
  • Experience in Marketing KPIs reporting
  • Daily Marketing budget management
  • You should also be confident building relationships
  • Ability to travel to company, industry and event locations
  • It is essential that you are driven, forward thinking and can provide crucial support to a busy team with minimal supervision

Measure of Success

  • Marketing plan is well executed in the local region
  • Deployment of successful lead generation campaigns with quantifiable business results
  • Following the GTM process for product launches
  • Marketing campaigns are launched on time and on budget.
  • Effective Execution of Solera Events with focus on lead generation and customer experiences
  • Deal with Media agencies and/or publications
  • Proactive communication between Central and Regional teams
