Job Summary : Responsible for the processing of mortgage loans from application to submission to underwriting and closing.
Responsibilities:
Managing pipeline reports daily! to ensure reports are accurate
Processing loans to meet Agency, Investor, company guidelines, policies and procedures
Reviewing new loans and ordering all services promptly
Calculating income and assets and updating AUS to match supporting documentation
Preparing file for underwriting and re-submission, as necessary
Preparing file for closing and submitting file to attorney for doc prep
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work effectively ina fast paced environment
Customer friendly attitude
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years recent experience processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
DU/LP, FHA, and VA systems experience required
General computer literacy and familiarity with MS OFfice programs
