Designs and conducts training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Involved in initial plan design and existing pl! an enhancements. Ensures compliance with company, departmental! , regulatory agencies guidelines.
Identifies training needs. Develops training courses and related materials, which may involve working with subject matter experts (SME’s). Will conduct or facilitate training programs. Works with managers to identify future training and business requirements. Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. Maintains training records. May conduct quality reviews. May develop and implement education sessions, tools, and events. May develop related educational programs and communication tools. Relies on limited experience and judgment to accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Minimum: At least one-two years of customer service/training experience in the HealthCare environment. Strong Subject Matter Expertise in Medicare environment. Working knowledge of governmental, departm! ental, and company guidelines. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design,Training. Advanced knowledge in using computer software to generate high quality training materials, including MS Word, Visio, and process flow software tools. Knowledge of web based training development tools like Captivate would also be preferred.
