Collections Professional for our client located near the Dallas Lovefield Airport in Dallas, Texas 75247 for a
temp to hire opportunity.

Pay Rate:
$30k base, plus graduated commissions after 120 days of permanent employment
.
Hours: Availability between 7 am to 10 pm, plus weekends
.
Job Duties:
Duties include
making calls on delinquent accounts and loss mitigation workouts. The Collections Professional will provide customers alternative solutions including affordable payment plans and settlement options to help borrowers pay their balance in full or settle. Analysts are cross-trained to help better understand the company’s methodology in order to maximize recoveries for our clients.
Other duties include:

Monitor assigned queues and follow up accordingly with borrowers, investors, realtors, and attorneys.
*
Review all ongoing work out plans with borrowers, evaluate their needs and issues, and counsel them appropriately.
*
Analyze credit reports, loan histories, personal records, property v! alues and assets to determine if sufficient equity and make re! commendations to managers.
*
Responsible for complying with federal, state and local regulations pertaining to collections and bankruptcy practices.
*
Analyst will be responsible for imputing results of conversations into client's servicing system.

12 minutes assessment will be administered in person
to test your aptitude for learning and problem solving in a range of occupations prior to submittal

Upon offer, candidate would have to pass credit check, client's online testing, 10 year background and drug screenings to begin work

You
must provide a
copy of your education transcripts that shows your
GPA (3.0 or higher) to be considered.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
Minimum of 2 years collection/recovery experience in auto, student or consumer! loans
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual a plus
Degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Preferred experience in Auto loan, Student Loan or Mortgage Collection .
