A major national Third Party Administration firm has just created a new position for an employee benefits attorney due to expansion. The position has plenty of growth potential and offers the added benefit of being able to work entirely remotely from home. The firm has over 100 full time permanent employees who work remotely. The firm is well established and has been expanding over the past 10 years.
They have over 3000 clients nationally with plan participants ranging from about 500 to 3000.We are looking for an Attorney with extensive experienc! e dealing with retirement plans (both Defined Benefit and Defi! ned Contribution). They also provide consulting services for ESOP, 403(b), fringe and welfare benefits and nonqualified plans. However the majority of the work will be in the retirement plans arena. Duties include review of DB plan documents and amendments, drafting of DB plan documents and amendments, preparation and review of termination documents and consultation with clients on complex issue of administering and/or terminating DB plans.The firm offers excellent compensation, benefits and a generous amount to set up a home office.
