Here are some requirements:
Pass a criminal background check
Posses a valid driver's license
Posses your own vehicle in good working order
Posses a cell phone with data to access internet
***Housekeeping or residential experience not required but highly recommended
Here are some of the general duties that would be expected:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and appliances.
Change linens, towels, and other household items as needed.
Restock household items, such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the homeowner or supervisor.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
Communicate with management, homeowners, property management or host regarding cleaning schedules and special requests.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and other team members.
***Tasks may vary depending on the requirements of each client and location.
