Location: Houston, Texas

• Houston Senior lawyer with 10+ years experience needed for premier international engineering and construction firm to provide advice and to work closely with internal business clients in the struturing, preparing! , negotiating and concluding transactions for international projects. Will also provide support during the execution of projects and on disputed claims. Must be capable of directing and reviewing work of other attorneys and to work independently at a very high level. Candidates must have strong academics and 10+ years EPC experience, preferably with an E&C firm or major law firm.
