GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Software Quality Analyst is responsible for testing new features, bug fixes, and other improvements across multiple browsers and devices. The team member will also create and maintain test cases and other documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with fellow software QA team members to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications
- Create and design application and software testing processes
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
- Collaborates with business analysts, software engineers and other areas to create well defined user stories and acceptance
- Participates in Agile processes including meetings, backlog refinement, and estimation
- Ensures appropriate test coverage by creating and executing tests
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 - 2 years experience required.
- Strong personnel management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills working with software development teams
- Must be able to come into the office from time to time
EXTRA
- Automated testing is a plus.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
