Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our very busy Dallas Law Firm is seeking a 4-7 year Real Estate Associate Attorney. We need an attorney who has no ego, and who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with their colleagues. Attorney must have a minimum of 4 years of real estate legal experience, and can work on projects from raw land deals, to multi-million dollar commercial development projects. If you have lending, complex refinance and acquisition experience - that is a huge plus! All candidates must have a very strong work ethic, be licensed in Texas and possess excellent experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, reviewing title, survey, plats, etc. This is a direct hire position, and the client has an immediate need. Salary depends on level of experience.
