Our client, an oilfield services company with offices in Houston, is in need of an attorney to work on a part-time contract basis drafting and negotiating drilling contracts. Work will include drafting and negotiation of drilling and operations contracts, labor and employment advice and potentially some litigation assistance. This position will be a part-time, 2-3 days per week, position and may develop into a permanent, full-time position.
