Audit files of associate attorneys to ensure all court and statutory deadlines are met; audit litigation cases to ensure firm is in compliance with all statutes of limit! ations.
Job Description:
The Litigation Auditor will be responsible for reviewing files of attorneys to ensure court and statutory deadlines are met. Deadlines include but are not limited to:
- completion of discovery;
- amendment of pleadings;
- motions for summary judgment;
- expert challenges;
- designation of experts;
- jointer of parties;
- filing of medical and billing affidavits.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Experience in the practice of or education of personal injury law
Paralegal Experience
Excellent organizational and interpersona! l skills to communicate effectively with case attorneys and ma! naging attorney
Salary:
Dependant on experience.
