The CKM Recruitment is seeking a Regulatory Counsel Attorney for our clients Corporate Legal Department in San AntonioTexas. This legal professional will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate legisla! tive/regulatory compliance and government relations functions while providing coordination, guidance and direction for the performance of all regulatory compliance functions within various business segments. The Attorney will be responsible for the following duties: - Preparing research and preparing summaries of federal and state legislation - Submission of corporate reports and documents - Work with business segment regulatory compliace professionals, development and communication of corporate policies, procedures and guidelines in support of corporate legistlative/regulatory compliace response plans. Requirements: - 4 years of experience - Has worked for the Department of Insurance for at least 2 years - Working knowlege of commercial lines insurance products, programs, and services - Excellent legal research and analytical skills To view all CKM positions
