location.
The Dragline Operator is responsible for maintaining consistent production levels along with ef! ficiently loading a variety of material in varying ground conditions. Responsibilities also include performing high levels of maintenance and machine servicing, operating both hand and foot controls while concentrating on loading of scalper hopper, and identifying problems with the material being mined for quality problems. The working hours for the Dragline Operator are from 11pm to 7am, Mon thru Friday.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSI! BILITIES and TASKS:
Conduct a complete pre- and post-shift safety inspection daily.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate a dragline 7 cubic yard or larger.
Accurately judge distances to load hopper.
Communicate with shop foreman on safety and maintenance issues.
Safely operate in close proximity to support equipment.
Ability to operate other pieces of mobile equipment (loaders, dozer, excavators, etc).
Other job duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of operating experience
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to identify and distinguish colors
