We are a Plaintiffs Personal Injury Firm Located in Dallas, Texas.
We op! erate a large personal injury practice and have a growing and exciting work environment. We are in search of an experienced and professional Attorney with extensive employment law experience to join our team on a contract basis.
The perfect candidate will have excellent client service and strong organizational skills. Superb communication skills are a strong priority. Spanish speaking candidates will be given preference.
Responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with client management staff
- Preparing clients for the mediation and deposition process
- Develop necessary elements for negotiations and settlements
- Assist in development of SSD Intake process
- Consider and implement all the necessary litigation actions needed on a FLSA case
