• Attractive opportunity for an attorney with corporate/securities experience to join an in-house law department. In addition to general corporate transactional matters, the position will be involved ! with Securities Compliance, Board Governance, Subsidiary Management which includes both domestic and foreign and functional support with tax, treasury, accounting, executive compensation and investor relations. The position requirements include 5+ years of experience as an attorney with specific skills in corporate/securities, the ability to work as a collaborative, congenial, team member with other law department members as well as the business team.
