Our client, a downtown law firm, is in need of a paralegal with at least 5 years of corporate experience. This paralegal will report to the corporate department and must be able to th! rive in a fast paced environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to forming corporations, LLCs, and some bond work. Only candidates with specific corporate experience will be considered.
