Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate excellent organizational s! kills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast pace environment while maintaining attention to detail
Deliver outstanding customer service
Apply strong problem solving skills to resolve customer issues, within specified guidelines, assuring customer satisfaction and retention
Assist customers with the selection and recommendation of appropriate bank and loan products
Demonstrate skills that contribute to building a strong team and maintaining a professional work environment
Proficient in all policies, procedures and bank regulations pertaining to lending and related areas
Assist customers in filling out loan applications, collecting supporting documentation and maintaining customer files
Assist in loan processing, closing and monitoring of exceptions to ensure quality loan documentation
Assist in the collection of past due loans when necessary
Act as liaison to title ins! urance companies, appraisers, attorneys, surveyors and others ! involved in the lending process
Perform other responsibilities such as opening new accounts, as customer demand dictates
Assist with special assignments and projects when necessary
Practice branch security procedures and protect customer and employee confidentiality and privacy
All other duties as assigned
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years related experience
