oil and gas company located in downtown Austin.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Analyze, set up and maintain physical and electronic lease and contract records.
2) Track critical deadlines, lease expiration dates, payment obligations, pugh activations, contract obligations, etc.
3) Process monthly lease rental payments.
4) Provide ownership numbers for PUD calculations through research of lease and contract records, title opinions, miscellaneous title documents, and other materials.
5) Prepare reports and contract exhibits as required.
6) Communicate with interest owners, attorneys and partner companies.
7) File documents with the County Clerk offices for recording.
8) Assist the Landmen as needed with various projects.
EXPERIENCE
1) Minimum of five years of experience in oil and gas land administration.
2) Experience with Bolo and Land Works software packages.
3) Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Work and Excel.
4) Self-mo! tivated with strong analytical and communication skills.
5) Bachelors degree from a recognized school preferred.
