Scope of Position: - Provide Field Engineering for the most complex projects (Network Initials / Expansions) - This position is applicable across multiple lines of ! business , Wireless (CDMA / GSM ) - Prepare proposed Floor Plan Layouts in support of marketing quotation activity for equipment. - Conducts official site visits to determine Floor Plan Layout and provide technical support and consultation to customers for building and environmental problems on firm contract jobs. - Originate detailed job drawings and equipment hardware specifications for the manufacture and installation of telecommunications equipment, according to established schedules. - Generate and release all drawings associated with the job order on CAD. - Coordinates and tracks all on time performance drafting activity for Field Engineering. - Checks for completeness and quality for all Field Engineering drawings released. - Must understand services and attempt to motivate customers to consider employing Key Accountability of Position: - The purpose of this position is to provide proposed Floor Plans and Specifications for detailed Engineering of: Job orders in acco! rdance with corporate standards, customer requirements and com! pany commitments, adhering to critical schedules as to avoid impacting other organizations ability to meet their objectives. - Interprets info and data from Network Engineering and provides technical information and assistance to Project Team, adhering to critical schedules. - Familiarity with engineering practices and procedures as well as Installation methods.
