Working full-time or part-time in our office, you'll get training in liaison work with agencies and courts as well as in creating legal documents with FileMaker Pro and MS Word o! n a Mac. You'll be helping attorneys all over Texas set up new businesses for their clients as well as drafting and filing legal documents for them. Typical tasks include speaking with law firm folks, filing, copying, emailing, faxing, scanning, and updating reference material.
STARTING PAY is $12-13 an hour for full-time, $11-12 for part-time.
HOURS are full-time M-F between 8:00 and 5:30, and part-time at least 18 hours a week, preferably afternoons.
REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a bright person who is glad to pitch in where needed, is adept with people and details, and has excellent spoken and written English. A four-year degree or some college is preferred. Be sure to mention your academic achievements (grades, test scores, honors), writing ability and interest, and work achievements.
