Preparation and prosecution of patents, strategic portfolio counseling, reexaminations, opinions, competitive landscape analysis, licensing and due diligence, litigation support. Looking for someone with a strong chemistry background. Premiere work for an impressive client list. More senior candidates with a book of business are encouraged to inquire, as this is a growing practice.
Looking for technically sharp individuals that truly enjoy a team environment. Suitable candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Looking for (a) PhD or MS in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or (b) BS or MS in Chemical Engineering. Must be interested in and capable of dealing with a wide variety of chemical technologies. Patent Bar and any State Bar required.
