You must have advanced bankruptcy knowledge and industry experience to analyze client accounts at various stages in the ba! nkruptcy to promote optimal resolution on behalf of client while maintaining strict adherence to state and local laws, federal bankruptcy regulations, client service level agreement expectations and company quality standards.
The Bankrupcty Specialist autonomously manages a portfolio of consumer bankrupt accounts where they communicate and negotiate with debtors attorneys to promote resolution of accounts, including preparation of referrals and manage the relationship with local counsel to resolve litigation matters.
Required Skills: 2+ years of bankruptcy law or bankruptcy operations & Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Navigation).
Bachelors Degree in business or related field and/or Paralegal certificate preferred but not required .
This is a 2-3 month contract position; Hourly rate DOE.
