Title Procurement Specialist Duration 3months Location Irving, TX Rate 25hr on 1099C2C Description This person will mainly be dealing with professional service and outsourcing agreements, as well as related statement! s of work, amendments and extensions of contracts. Experience in services procurement is preferred but not required. Background in procurementbuyer level position. Ability to collaborate with internal clients, in-house lawyers and third party vendors to facilitate the contracting process.
Ability to manage with bidding process, vendor due diligenceevaluation, contract drafting and redlining, contract approval routing. Must be able read contracts to pull key data elements out.
