Our client, a top Dallas Law Firm, is seeking a highly-organized and energetic 3+year Litigation Paralegal to work in a very fast paced environment. No ego, the ability to multi-task and a great attitude will get you this job. In this position, you will support a Sr. Litigation Paralegal as well 2 Litigation Attorneys. Duties will include communicating with the courts and clients, drafting discovery, preparing witness, exhibit and trial binders, reviewing documents, creating hot document notebooks, and some research. To be considered you must have 3+ years of Law Firm, experience and be proficient in Word, Excel and ha! ve working knowledge of Concordance or similar.
